Sexual Assault Exams
If you’ve been sexually assaulted, know that we believe you and it is not your fault. Call our 24-hour Help Line to schedule a free and confidential sexual assault exam. Trauma-informed nurses and advocates are available 24/7 to perform timely and comprehensive exams for adults and teens. Our advocate will guide and support you throughout the process.
Sexual Assault Advocacy
Appointments can be set up to meet with an advocate in person or virtually within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Our advocates empower you to meet personal goals, overcome barriers, and provide an opportunity for you to talk and process your next steps. Our Advocacy services are free and confidential.
Trauma Therapy
Whether the sexual assault or sexual abuse was three days ago or thirty years ago, trauma therapy can help. In therapy, you will learn coping skills, reduce trauma symptoms, process trauma, and increase feelings of safety. Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking but we are here every step of the way. Therapy is free and we don’t bill insurance.
Support Groups
The Sexual Assault support group is meant to be a peer-led safe place for survivors to discuss their experiences, learn coping strategies, deepen your understanding of sexual assault and trauma, and empower you through the power of social support. Call the Help Line for more information.
