One-on-One Advocacy

Appointments can be set up to meet with an advocate in person or virtually within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Our advocates empower you to meet personal goals, overcome barriers, and provide an opportunity for you to talk and process your next steps. They provide important resources, information, and safety planning, whether you are still in the relationship, are considering leaving, or have already left. Our Advocacy services are free and confidential.

All services are confidential and free of charge. Not sure what to expect when you come in? CLICK HERE for a virtual tour.

Therapy for Adults & Children

After experiencing domestic violence or an unhealthy relationship, you may be interested in therapy for yourself or your children (ages 3+). In therapy, you will learn coping skills, reduce trauma symptoms, process trauma, and increase feelings of safety. Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking but we are here every step of the way. Therapy is free and we do not bill insurance.

Legal Advocacy

Advocates provide courtroom support, assistance with filing a Personal Protection Order (PPO), understanding and navigating the legal system, and education about your rights as a survivor of domestic violence.

Other Resources

Resilience provides other resources – Support Groups, helpful resources, and Frequently Asked Questions. We can often provide important resources such as clothing, basic household items, hygiene items, etc. Resilience can also provide emergency 911 cell phones.
